Job summary

Behavior Interventions is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for positions in Harrisburg, PA and Camp Hill, PA. We offer a supportive environment with strong clinical and professional development support, flexible caseloads, and full administrative backing.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing ABA programs, and documenting progress. Evening availability, travel to client sites, and collaboration with a clinical leadership team are expected for success.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and valid state licensure required.
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children/adolescents.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and work across settings.
  • Afternoon/evening availability 3–4 times/week preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on ABA principles.
  • Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to support families and staff.
  • Engages in professional development and supervision activities.
  • Maintains thorough written documentation in CentralReach and provider sites.
  • Uses behavior-analytic methods to teach skills and reduce problem behaviors.
  • Collaborates with program team and provides coaching on strategies.
