Behavior Interventions is seeking passionate BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA services across Philadelphia, PA. The role offers strong clinical support, professional development, and a collaborative environment designed to advance your career.

We cover CPR/First Aid certification costs, reimburse approved courses, and provide a flexible schedule with administrative support to help you manage caseloads and billing.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • PA Behavior Specialist License for PA applicants.
  • LBA licensure for NJ applicants.
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on ABA to support families.
  • Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure program success.
  • Engages in professional development and supervision activities.
  • Maintains documentation of intervention, program development, and supervision in practice management software.
  • Collaborates with program team, providing training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies.
