Job summary

Behavior Interventions is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to provide high-quality ABA services in King of Prussia, Exton, Collegeville, and Royersford, PA. Daytime and afternoon/evening, part-time positions available, with strong clinical support and professional growth.

Our BCBA team benefits from a supportive environment, supervision, and access to training; CPR/First Aid certification cost coverage and library resources are provided.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • PA licensure (LBA) or PA eligibility.
  • Experience building and supervising ABA programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and design ABA interventions.
  • Maintain written documentation in CentralReach and other systems.
  • Provide supervision and coaching to staff and trainees.
  • Collaborate with families, schools and care teams.
  • Support program management and billing coordination with admin.
