Job summary

Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support school teams in Plymouth, MI. The role involves data interpretation, classroom observations, and delivering guidance to help students regulate within the school setting.

The position offers a day shift (07:00 - 14:30) and W2 employment with competitive pay of $59.38/hour, plus potential travel stipends and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related/qualifying field.
• Current BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
• Minimum of one year related work experience.
• Copy of current PSV from licensing board or verification agency if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents.

Responsibilities

• The job would be working with school teams on giving ideas, tips, tricks and often training on working with certain students.
• Helps with thinking through data collection, and helps to interpret data, spend time in classrooms observing staff and student interaction and helps to give suggestions on ways to help students regulate within the school setting.
• Also help to conduct professional development in areas of ASD and behavior modification

Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related/qualifying field

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification issued by the BACB
