Job summary

Fairclough Behavior Services llc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide direct ABA therapies and assessments in person. The role involves developing individualized plans for clients with autism and related needs, while coordinating with educators and therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate will collect data, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly, with supervision of staff and ongoing family support.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification or eligibility required.
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques used in ABA.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Status – Full time- 25hrs weekly

Reports To: Director

Duties:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism and special needs.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and speech therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members involved in client treatment.

Requirements:
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year or $80-$85 per hour
