What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)

Lead the way! Oversee life-changing ABA therapy in homes and centers — from assessment to progress monitoring, from family coaching to collaborating with care teams.
Be the brain behind the plan. Create and adapt individualized treatment programs that are developmentally on point and socially meaningful.
Coach like a champ. Guide and mentor clinical staff to build their skills and confidence while ensuring top-tier care for our clients.
Keep things moving. Complete reports, insurance paperwork, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes treatment happen.
Work smart with a great team. Collaborate with other BCBAs, therapists, and admin pros who’ve got your back.

What You Bring to the Table

You're a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed behavior analyst (state-specific).
You’ve got at least 1 year of experience using ABA to change lives — especially with kiddos in-home or clinic-based settings.
You care deeply. You’re results-focused. And you’re a natural at balancing professionalism with compassion.
