  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in schools, clinics, and home settings.
  • California-appropriate clearances and ability to travel locally between service locations as needed.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Fresno, CA. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and oversee the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, collecting and analyzing data, adjusting treatment plans based on progress, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery. The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary team members, provide parent and staff training, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
