Job summary

Therapy Link is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site role based in Fresno, CA. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized ABA programs, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure effective service delivery.

You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals, provide parent and staff training, and maintain compliant documentation across settings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision‑making.
• Skills in Psychology and Behavior Management to support diverse behavioral needs and promote positive, functional outcomes.
• Skills in Parent Education to coach caregivers, deliver training, and foster effective home and community supports.
• Current BCBA certification and adherence to BACB ethical standards.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in schools, clinics, and home settings.
• California-appropriate clearances and ability to travel locally between service locations as needed.
