Role Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide full-time, on-site services in the San Francisco Bay Area, delivering ABA-based interventions to individuals with behavioral and skill acquisition needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and updating behavior intervention plans, and overseeing treatment implementation in home, school, and community settings. The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians and other team members, collect and analyze data to guide clinical decisions, and ensure interventions are evidence-based and ethically sound. The role involves collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support client goals, as well as providing ongoing parent and caregiver training to promote consistency across environments. The BCBA will document progress, maintain compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards, and participate in team meetings to continuously improve client outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-based decision making.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge in Psychology and Behavior Management to address a range of behavioral and emotional needs across diverse populations.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Parent Education and caregiver training to support implementation of interventions in home, school, and community settings.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility to practice in California (e.g., state licensure or registration, as applicable).
  • Relevant graduate degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and person-centered, evidence-based care.
  • Ability to work on-site across home, school, and community environments within the San Francisco Bay Area and manage a flexible schedule.
