Job summary

Autism Therapy LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Chantilly, Virginia. Autism Therapy LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing clinical team.

We provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents ages 1–21 with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs. Your Role

The BCBA will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality ABA services. You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior therapists, provide caregiver training, and use clinical data to guide treatment decisions.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical quality, professional autonomy, teamwork, and family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral, developmental, and skill-based assessments
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Analyze clinical data and modify programs based on client progress
  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to behavior therapists
  • Model ABA procedures and promote treatment fidelity
  • Provide practical, supportive caregiver training
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and insurance requirements
  • Maintain compliance with BACB standards and Virginia regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and quality-focused workplace
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or eligibility for licensure
  • At least one year of experience working as a BCBA
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and family-centered care
