Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking a motivated BCBA to join our founding team in Kentucky. You will shape our clinical services, build a strong team culture, and lead the development of innovative ABA programming.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, leadership, and continued clinical growth, with a focus on high standards of care. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing team development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and interventions, emphasizing BCBA standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of BCBA ethical and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals, ensuring BCBA standards are met.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee ABA programs with fidelity and effectiveness per BCBA guidelines.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, providing guidance and professional development under BCBA supervision.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure cohesive, supportive care.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. BCBA Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring that BCBA standards of practice are met
  • Develop, implement, and oversee ABA programs, ensuring they are delivered with fidelity and effectiveness by following BCBA protocols and guidelines
  • Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, providing guidance, training, and ongoing professional development under BCBA supervision requirements
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as a proactive BCBA
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and supportive care, aligning with BCBA standards
  • Maintain open communication with families, providing regular updates and guidance on how to support their child’s progress
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and support our culture of innovation and high standards of care
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and all relevant BCBA regulations, staying up-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and experience in a variety of ABA techniques and interventions, emphasizing BCBA standards
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of BCBA ethical and professional conduct
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and data collection software
  • Skills in parent training and family support services
  • Specialized experience in areas such as verbal behavior, social skills training, or working with individuals with complex needs
