Job summary

Carry On Therapy in Mississippi is seeking a hybrid BCBA to join our team. This role offers both in-home and school-based support, with flexible part-time and full-time options and strong clinical mentorship.

We value collaborative practice, ethical standards, and family-centered care. The successful candidate will supervise RBTs, develop BIPs and FBAs, and coordinate with families, schools, and other professionals to expand services across the state.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Mississippi Behavior Analyst License issued by the Mississippi Autism Board (required).
• Mississippi Medicaid Provider ID (required).
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Ability to pass background checks and work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians.
• Review client data and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Provide hybrid services, including in-home, school-based, community-based, and clinic support as services continue to expand throughout Mississippi.
• Support the continued growth of services throughout Mississippi

BCBA Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay of $70–$80 per hour

• $250 hire-on bonus after 60 days of active employment serving clients
• One hour of non-billable time for every 10 billable hours
  Non-billable time must be used the following week and does not roll over
• Paid monthly team meeting held every fourth Friday
• $30 assessment bonus for each assessment submitted within two weeks of the initial parent interview or when billing begins for the assessment, whichever comes first
