Applied ABC specializes in home-based behavioral therapy for individuals ages 0–21, using individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs and learning goals. Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Glendale, AZ. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee ABA programs for children and young adults with autism and other developmental disorders. Daily responsibilities include supervising behavior therapists, analyzing data, adjusting interventions, and ensuring treatment integrity and clinical quality. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver training, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and support generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings. The role also involves maintaining documentation, aligning services with ethical and regulatory standards, and participating in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including functional assessment and intervention design.
• Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management to coach caregivers and support consistent implementation at home.
• Knowledge of Psychology and developmental disorders, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions.
• Active BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and young adults in home or clinic-based settings.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and use behavioral data to guide clinical decisions and program modifications.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and to support a family-centered, inclusive care environment.
