Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Indianapolis area. You will assess learner needs, design and oversee ABA treatment plans, and use data-driven decisions to monitor progress and adjust interventions.

You will supervise and coach behavior technicians, collaborate with speech and occupational therapists, and provide training for families while ensuring treatment fidelity and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis with ability to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions.
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management, coaching caregivers to generalize skills across home and community.
• Background in Psychology or related fields supporting understanding of child development and behavioral principles.
• Current BCBA certification and compliance with licensure and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism in clinical, school, or community settings.
• Skilled in data collection, analysis, and using data to inform clinical decisions and program adjustments.

Role Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Indianapolis. The BCBA will assess learners’ needs, design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and use data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and adjust interventions. Daily responsibilities include supervising and coaching behavior technicians, modeling best practices, and ensuring treatment fidelity and safety across all sessions. The BCBA will collaborate with speech and occupational therapists to support an interdisciplinary approach and participate in team meetings and clinical reviews. The role also involves providing parent and caregiver training, clear communication about goals and outcomes, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
