Job summary

EzCare ABA in Franklin, VA seeks an experienced BCBA to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs within a supportive, family-centered setting.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams to drive meaningful outcomes for children with autism, while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance. Flexible scheduling and strong support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
