Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and adjust programming using data-driven decision-making
Provide parent and caregiver training
Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards
Support meaningful outcomes for children and families
Active BCBA Certification
Master's Degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for improving the lives of children and families
