Job summary

Lakes Country Academy in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior programming across the school site. You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs, and develop Behavior Support Plans to drive data-based decisions in classrooms and programs.

Your role includes crisis prevention/intervention support and delivering staff training on ABA principles, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support EBD and ASD students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Ability to obtain PCM and Ukeru certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
• Preferred: experience with K-12 students with challenging behaviors, background in educational settings, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and teaching experience in EBD or ASD programs.

Make a real impact leading behavior programming at Lakes Country Academy (LCA), a regional Setting IV special education program in Fergus Falls. As our BCBA, you'll drive data-based decisions and hands-on support for students with Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), backed by a collaborative, mission-driven team.
