Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) seeks a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead behavior programming at Lakes Country Academy in Fergus Falls. This role supports students with EBD and ASD in a regional Setting IV program.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs, develop Behavior Support Plans, and guide data-based decisions while delivering ABA training to staff. Contact [e-mail] for information.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Ability to obtain PCM and Ukeru certifications.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support behavior programming across the site.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and support implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
• Guide data-based decision-making for classrooms and programs.
• Provide crisis prevention/intervention support.
• Deliver staff training on ABA principles.
