Flourishing Minds seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct functional behavior assessments and create comprehensive behavior intervention plans for students. The position is full-time, in-person, with daytime school hours and hourly compensation between $75.00 and $100.00.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and teams.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
