Job summary

PBS Consulting & Psychological Resources PC in Long Island is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical support and supervision. This role requires conducting functional analyses and developing behavioral support plans for various needs.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree and experience as a BCBA, along with excellent communication and technology skills. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
  • One to two years’ experience as a BCBA.
  • Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and succinctly.
  • Fluency in using technology.
  • Reliable transportation; able to work day hours (after‑school hours may be required).
  • Fingerprinting as required by NYSED.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst – PBS Consulting & Psychological Resources, Long Island (Suffolk & Nassau Counties – NOT REMOTE)

Salary and Employment: $75–90 per hour as a contractor or $91–110 per hour as an independent contractor. Schedule: Mon‑Fri, 10–25 hours per week, with after‑school hours available. Employment Type: Full‑time, Part‑time, or Independent Contractor.

Job Overview

As a qualified behavioral health services provider, you will provide quality clinical supports and supervision within the assigned caseload. You must be able to work after school hours.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional analyses to identify variables controlling problem behavior
