Job summary

Ambitions ABA in Springfield, MA invites a licensed BCBA to oversee in-home ABA therapy for children and coordinate with families. You’ll drive assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, and parent collaboration to deliver compassionate, effective care.

You will supervise RBTs, develop plans, train families, and collaborate with schools and other providers to support each child’s growth in a supportive, team-based environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with assessment tools and treatment planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
