Achivements ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to advance clinical excellence across in-home, daycares, and schools. You will lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs remotely or in-person, and provide parent training to families under BACB and HIPAA guidelines.

This role emphasizes collaboration with a dedicated support team to deliver high-quality care to children with autism and their families, across multiple settings in NC, GA, and AZ.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification from BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; dedication to helping children with autism.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
