H2 Health Kids in Amarillo, TX, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric ABA services. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, monitor progress, and partner with families to ensure skill transfer across home and clinic settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, ethical practice, and collaboration with SLPs, OTs, PW and PTs to support meaningful outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Current state licensure, if required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to delivering ethical, compassionate, family-centered ABA services.

H2 Health Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Amarillo, Texas. Our pediatric team primarily serves children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. Through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we focus on improving communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, adaptive skills, and functional independence. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for every child and family we serve.

Your Role

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill carryover across environments
• Partner with interdisciplinary team members, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)
• Model treatment plan implementation through direct client interaction, coaching, and consultation to support treatment fidelity and successful outcomes
• Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and meaningful functional progress through individualized ABA programming
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and ethical standards
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth

Requirements
