MedCare Pediatric in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for pediatrics with a low caseload of six clients, enabling personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy and meaningful family engagement.

The role offers a salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year plus benefits, with full-time and part-time options and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. You will collaborate with therapists across disciplines to support children with ASD and related developmental differences.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• BCBA certification through BACB.
• Two years BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs in training.
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans.
• Educate parents/caregivers for success at home and other environments.
• Collaborate with PT/OT/SLP and nursing for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per BACB standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

• Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision‑making and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
