Job summary

H2 Health Kids Longview is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will conduct assessments, design ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification, and licensure eligibility as required by state regulations.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments, and treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to BCaBAs, RBTs, and other team members as appropriate.
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations to maximize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Deliver caregiver training to support skill generalization and long-term success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, payer, and regulatory standards.
• Promote a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
