Job summary

SOS Brownsville is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide center-based ABA therapy in our Brownsville clinic, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, ethical care in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

You will supervise treatment plans, perform assessments, train RBTs, and offer parent training while maintaining a caseload of 25–32 billable hours per week.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with licensure.
• Experience supervising ABA programs and RBT staff.
• Ability to provide parent training and support families.

You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin work:

• BCBAs do not manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing.
• You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training.

• SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
• All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
• To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months-providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
