Job description

ABOUT THIS JOB:

This opportunity is for a Clinical Director position at our Brownsville location to join our growing team. Our brand-new, more than 6,000 sq ft facility has been thoughtfully designed to be sensory-friendly, fostering creativity, play, and imagination for the children we serve.

This is an in-clinic position only with 1 WFH day each week—we pride ourselves on providing hands‑on, high-quality, one‑to‑one care within a structured and supportive center environment. We do not offer hybrid or remote services, nor will you be required to serve more than one center.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of children and their families.

If you are looking to grow your career in a supportive, mission-driven environment—while helping shape and lead a thriving center we would love to connect with you.

ABOUT SOS:

Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment franchise in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and fueled by purpose. Unlike corporate‑run ABA companies owned by private equity firms, each SOS clinic is individually owned, with a commitment to quality care over profits. Our play‑based model emphasizes NET, so we take clients on field trips! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!

WHY BCBAS LOVE WORKING WITH US:
  • True Work-Life Balance.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • No nights, no weekends, no on‑call duties.
  • Paid Time Off.
YOU FOCUS ON CLINICAL WORK – WE HANDLE THE ADMIN work:
  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, call‑ins, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing.
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training.
  • RBT Trainer On Staff to assist with RBT onboarding.
SUPPORTED, NOT MICROMANAGED:
  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions.
  • SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team.
  • SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
ETHICALLY ALIGNED:
  • SOS was founded by an autism parent.
  • 25% of SOS owners are autism parents who prioritize care over profit.
  • SOS does not require employees to sign non‑compete agreements.
  • SOS does not require training payback agreements.
  • SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.
  • To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.

  • Leadership and mentorship opportunities available.
  • Opportunities for you to move up to Regional Director as your employer opens new locations.
