Job summary

Success On The Spectrum in Trenton, MI is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in‑clinic work with a hybrid day once per week. The role emphasizes clinical excellence and work‑life balance, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM in clinic, no nights or weekends.

You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin Work

• BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or handle insurance.
• BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full‑time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
• Practicum students and interns assist with your caseload.

Supported, Not Micromanaged

• Owners are not involved in clinical decisions.

• SOS has an LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40‑hour cert videos on their first day of work.
• All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
• To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months, providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
