Job summary

Success On The Spectrum Smyrna in Smyrna, GA, seeks a BCBA leader to drive client programs and supervise clinical staff. The role involves overseeing interns, coordinating services, and ensuring quality ABA, Speech Therapy, OT and Social Skills programs.

You will oversee in-center work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with weekly in-home supervision and ongoing staff training. Relocation support is available for GA and out-of-state residents.

Qualifications

• BACB certification required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• No criminal background required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in center Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.
• Supervise in-home clients once per week, 4:00pm–6:30pm.
• Act as Quality Assurance Officer and Ethics Officer.
• Lead weekly meetings with BCBAs and supervise staff.
• Create individualized, research-based client programs and track progress.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work In Center Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:00pm - 6:30pm
• Acting Quality Assurance Officer
• Acting Ethics Officer
• Conflict Resolution/ Incident Response
• Weekly Meetings with BCBAs
• Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support
• Create Individualized, research-based client programs
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
• Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
• Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
• Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
• Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
• Train Interns and Trainers
• Respond to Insurance Audits
• Safety Management
