Job summary

Be Unique ABA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide on-site services in a full-time capacity. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention strategies by Behavior Technicians.

You will collect and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust plans to support clients' developmental and social goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold BCBA certification with eligibility for New Mexico state licensure.
• Strong skills in ABA assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with coaching caregivers and providing parent education across environments.

Responsibilities

Role Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide on-site services in Albuquerque, NM in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and supervising individualized ABA treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention strategies by Behavior Technicians. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans to support clients' developmental, behavioral, and social goals. The BCBA will collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members, providing parent and caregiver education and training to promote consistency across home, school, and community settings. The position also includes documentation of services, participation in team meetings, and adherence to ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management to coach caregivers and support effective strategies across environments.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility for any required state licensure in New Mexico including state Medicaid.
• Experience working with autistic individuals and/or youth with developmental or behavioral needs in clinical, educational, or community settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and with diverse families.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, NM and provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians in center and community settings.
