Job summary

Alliance Medical Center is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for full-time/part-time, in-person and remote positions. The role focuses on delivering ABA services, conducting assessments, and creating individualized behavior plans for patients and families.

You will collect data, collaborate with care teams, educate caregivers, and provide remote coaching to support behavior change while maintaining documentation and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience in Parent Education and caregiver coaching, including training families to implement behavior support strategies at home.
• Background in Psychology and Behavior Management to address a range of behavioral and developmental needs.
• Current BCBA certification and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and telehealth communication.
• Experience with diverse and multilingual populations; Spanish or another second language is beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and basic telehealth technologies.
• Commitment to equitable, patient-centered care and continuous professional development.

Role Description

We have openings for both full-time and part-time, in-person and remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) roles, focusing on delivering behavior analytic services that support patients and families in achieving positive outcomes. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based strategies. Daily activities include data collection and analysis, collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams, and regular communication with caregivers and other stakeholders. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver education, offer ongoing training and coaching to support behavior change, and ensure all services align with ethical and professional standards.
