Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, analyze progress data, and adjust plans to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from BACB.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in supervisory roles and data-driven interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each client.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral interventions and strategies.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to junior staff members, including BCaBAs and RBTs.
  • Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Analyze and report data on client progress, making recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices in ABA and relevant research, incorporating findings into treatment approaches.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your expertise will enable you to analyze complex behavior and design data-driven interventions to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills. Reporting to our Clinical Director, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Stay current with best practices in ABA and relevant research, incorporating findings into treatment approaches
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (n/a)
