Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking experienced BCBAs to provide ABA services to children with autism in Northern Virginia or Maryland. The role emphasizes ethical, structured, and tech-enabled work in a supportive team environment.

You will administer assessments, develop individualized goals, and supervise behavior technicians while conducting family training. Must hold BCBA and Virginia LBA licenses with willingness to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, and supervise behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans based on functional data.
• Ensure data collection systems track progress and evaluate plan effectiveness.
• Provide supervision to technicians and conduct family training sessions as prescribed in ITP.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
• Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend as needed
