Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring BCBAs to provide ABA services to children with autism across Northern Virginia and Maryland.

The role requires supervising BCBA staff, conducting assessments, and developing individualized behavior plans within a structured, ethical, technology-driven environment. Candidate must hold BCBA and Virginia LBA credentials, with flexibility for a full-time/contract arrangement and a schedule Mon-Fri, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; supervision and data-based program design experience preferred.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst status recognized in VA/MD where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessments and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans based on assessment data.
• Ensure data systems collect quantifiable data for ongoing evaluation of plans and goals.
• Oversee program implementation and supervise behavior technicians; provide family training as prescribed.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
• Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend as needed
