Job summary

Ability-Builders Consulting Co. is urgently hiring BCBAs to provide ABA services to children with autism in Northern Virginia or Maryland.

The role requires BCBA and Virginia LBA licenses, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some weekend work as needed. The position can be full-time or contract, offering paid time off, health-related benefits, mileage support, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; active credential preferred.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst designation required in MD/VA.
• Experience supervising behavioral technicians and delivering parent training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, and supervise behavioral assessments and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans based on assessment data.
• Ensure data systems capture quantifiable behavioral data for ongoing evaluation.
• Oversee ongoing programs, conduct supervision meetings, and provide family training per ITP.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
• Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)

• Weekend as needed
