The role entails supervising assessments, developing goals, and implementing data-driven behavior plans in a professional, ethical setting. This full-time/contract position requires BCBA certification and Virginia LBA licensing, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required for this role.
• Virginia LBA license is required to practice.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst status is required.

Responsibilities

We are an Autism therapy organization and is looking to hire career-minded, experienced BCBAs to join our team to provide ABA services to children with autism throughoutNorthern Virginia or Maryland. In this role, you will be required to:

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
• Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend as needed
