Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Cameron, NC is seeking a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our in-center ABA team. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with a total compensation of $85,000–95,000 per year, comprised of base salary plus monthly bonus plans, along with comprehensive benefits.

You will conduct VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments, develop individualized goals, mentor RBTs, lead parent trainings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Must be BCaBA licensed in Cameron, NC.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland) and implement plans.
• Create individualized goals and behavior plans for home, community, and center.
• Train and support RBTs and supervise team performance.
• Lead parent training sessions to empower families.
• Collaborate with educators and providers to deliver optimal care.
• Support team initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
