Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate BCaBA to develop and oversee ABA programs, train staff, and support children with autism and related disorders. If you’re looking for a meaningful role with growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee individualized ABA programs based on assessments.
  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments (FBAs, preference assessments, etc.).
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation.
  • Provide parent training and occasional direct therapy as needed.
  • Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay updated on best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications
  • BCaBA certification (required in applicable states).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience working with children with autism (preferred).
  • No disciplinary actions on license/certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
