Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Cameron, NC is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our in-center ABA team. This role focuses on assessments, goal development, and behavior plans for children across home, community, and center settings.

You will train and support RBT staff, lead parent training sessions, and collaborate with educators and providers to deliver high-quality care. Competitive compensation and on-site CPRSafety-Care training are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCaBA licensure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments.
• Create individualized goals and behavior plans for home, community, and center.
• Train and support RBT team members.
• Lead parent training sessions to empower families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth and program development.
