Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital in Rutland, Vermont.

The role offers day shifts with an average 3–4 weekday call shifts per month, strong CAAs/CRNAs support, and a comprehensive benefits package. Join a team committed to patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with board eligibility/certification in Anesthesiology.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital privileges.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor intraoperative patients and manage hemodynamics.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month).
• Ensure documentation meets hospital standards.
• Maintain regulatory and credentialing compliance.
