Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Anesthesiologist for a full-time role in Rutland, Vermont. Join a collaborative anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital.

You will work with CAAs and CRNAs in a team-oriented environment, participate in a weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month), and contribute to high-quality care and safe anesthesia practice. Competitive benefits and visa options may be available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital privileges.
• ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based anesthesia model.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation per hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
