Acadian Foodservice is seeking a Brand Trainer to lead training initiatives for our clients, ensuring staff understand product lines, brand identity, and selling techniques. You will design and deliver comprehensive programs, from classroom to field sessions, including overseeing materials and certifications.

The role requires strong instructional design, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to travel to client locations to provide effective training and support to account

Qualifications

• Experience in training and development, preferably brand training or product education.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver training programs for staff of accounts.
• Conduct in-store training sessions and shadowing to reinforce concepts.
• Ensure training materials (manuals, presentations, videos) are available and up to date.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
