Job summary

The Krause Auto Group seeks a BMW Service Department BDC Associate in Myrtle Beach to deliver outstanding customer service, manage inquiries, and schedule service visits for BMW owners.

You will work closely with service advisors and technicians, maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, and follow up to confirm details while gathering feedback. You’ll also support outbound promotions and recalls.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in automotive or service industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and automotive industry interest.
• Knowledge of BMW vehicles and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding service appointments and maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors and technicians for efficiency.
• Maintain a database of customer information with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow up to confirm appointment details and gather feedback on the service experience.
• Address customer concerns and elevate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Provide personalized service by actively listening to customer needs.
• Assist in marketing initiatives with outbound calls about promotions and recalls.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth handovers and vehicle drop-offs.
• Continuously update knowledge of BMW vehicles, services, and dealership processes.
