Schomp BMW is seeking a full-time Service Advisor in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will diagnose vehicle issues, communicate repair plans, prepare repair orders, and coordinate customer communication to ensure a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes hospitality, up-front estimates, and maintaining customer rapport while driving service revenue. Qualifications include prior service advisor experience in an automotive dealership, a valid driver's license, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership service advisor experience is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.
• Troubleshoots vehicle problems by listening to customer symptoms and inspecting vehicles.
• Prepares repair orders describing symptoms, problems, causes, repairs and services required.
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates, obtaining approvals, and coordinating transportation if needed.
