Job Summary:

The Parts Counter Advisor orders, maintains, and tracks parts inventory for both internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Pulls and fills parts orders from stock;
2. Orders appropriate parts when necessary;
3. Receives in orders and restocks parts;
4. Communicates with customer, technician, service advisor on parts status;
5. Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources if necessary;
6. Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
