Bill Pearce Motors seeks a highly engaged BMW/MINI Assistant Service Manager to oversee daily operations of the BMW/MINI Service Departments. The role requires front-line leadership on the service drive, supervision of advisors, and ensuring dealership and manufacturer processes are consistently followed.

Reports to the Fixed Operations Director and collaborates with the Shop Foreman, Parts, and Call Center to maintain service efficiency and customer satisfaction across peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise BMW/MINI service advisors and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain service-drive presence and ensure processes are followed.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Oversee service-drive operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with department leads and parts/warranty teams.
