Job summary

Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a BMW/MINI Assistant Service Manager to support the Fixed Operations Director in daily supervision and performance of the BMW and MINI Service Departments. • Supervise BMW and MINI service advisors and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to dealership and BMW/MINI processes.
• Provide workload management and coverage planning for advisors.
• Handle customer escalations and service-drive issues with professionalism.
• Oversee service drive operations and staffing levels to optimize flow.
• Coordinate Service Drive Greeter and porters; manage scheduling.
• Review repair orders for documentation and accuracy.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports for the Fixed Operations Director.
