Job summary

BMW/MINI of Annapolis, part of Group 1 Automotive, is expanding its team and seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will schedule appointments, prepare repair orders with cost estimates, and communicate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service; a high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with prior dealership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor experience is required.
• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Positive & Friendly attitude.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
