Qualifications

• Must have Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with service software.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
