Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at the BMW/MINI Boston dealership. The role involves greeting customers, selling needed services, and maintaining high CSI. Compensation is $80,000-$150,000+ with a base plus bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer and explain services.
• Provide a complete and accurate estimate of repair and maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate repair timelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and CSI targets.
