Job summary

Keeler Motor Car Company in Southwest Connecticut seeks an experienced Finance Manager to guide guests through financing and leasing, present F&I products, and finalize vehicle deals. You will work closely with sales and management to secure profitable financing and provide exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has automotive F&I expertise, strong negotiation and compliance skills, and a track record of exceeding sales and CSI targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive F&I experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and leasing.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge.
• Luxury automotive experience preferred.
• CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and leasing options.
• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts and GAP.
• Structure deals and work with lenders to secure financing.
• Complete and review all finance and deal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Partner with Sales and Management to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
• Meet or exceed F&I sales, CSI, and profitability goals.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our luxury automotive dealership in Southwest Connecticut. The Finance Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while managing the dealership financing, insurance products, and final stages of the vehicle purchase process.

The ideal candidate is a confident, professional, and results-driven individual who understands the importance of both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
